Everest.

Compared to when I did the inaugural Tough Mudder at Hampton Downs, this year’s Everest looked smaller, steeper, and – with the steady rain – more difficult. The wet conditions made for a slippery ramp and a soggy run up; ideal conditions for spectating. I thank each and every one of you who tried and failed for my viewing pleasure. A special shout out goes to the gentleman that fell awkwardly and face-planted hard into the ramp. Your sacrifice was appreciated.
