Foam substitutes for snow for a white Christmas.
It’s that time of year again kids; Christmas on Franklin Rd. While always good, standards have been raised for 2013; this is the year of the snow machine.
Starting with the turning on ceremony where a thick, icy coating covered the asphalt, there are at least a couple of machines on the road spitting out a foamy, presumably non-toxic concoction over children and infants.
